Welcome to SG Training and Events, where we are passionate about helping teams and coaches reach their full potential. I'm Stewart Givens, a dedicated educator, coach, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in training, leadership development, and team building.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the highest levels of NCAA athletics, guiding teams and coaches to success through innovative training programs, mentorship, and leadership development. As a certified facilitator of the 5 Behaviors of a Successful Team, I specialize in helping teams build trust, improve communication, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Beyond team facilitation, I also run a soccer coach mentorship program designed to develop youth coaches using a self-regulated learning model. This program equips coaches with the tools and strategies to enhance player enjoyment, learning, and long-term growth—leading to better retention and a more rewarding experience for both players and coaches.
At SG Training and Events, we believe that great teams don’t happen by chance—they are built with intentional leadership, communication, and shared commitment. Whether you’re a collegiate team, professional organization, or youth sports club, we’re here to help you develop the skills and culture necessary for sustained success.
Let's build something great together!
